By coming together in this way our intention to become present becomes magnified, and quirks of our egoic patterns become significantly weakened until they begin to lose their grip. Then we are able to simply smile, and choose a new way of being, one that serves our heart’s purpose.
Mark has have drawn upon years of experience of living his life by Eckhart’s profound teaching to create this wonderful opportunity for you to surrender to the stillness within. He has extensive experience running workshops in meditation, dance, Yoga and practices designed to wake you up to the truth within. He is fortunate to have found mastery over the mind, and is now able to choose to abide in stillness. This is what he wants to share with you, that peace is available right now, no matter what is going on in your life.
There will be time and space to explore various fresh and powerful methods of relaxing into your centre, and simply allowing the depth of your being to shine through.
No experience of meditation, Eckhart Tolle’s teachings is necessary, in fact the less you know, in some ways, the better!
